Everything was excellent: the room was warm and comfortable, the breakfast buffet had a wide range of cold and hot food, the location was perfect (just set back from the main road and only a few minutes from the railway and bus stations)

The staff at this hotel are very friendly, the breakfast is super delicious, and the room is pretty good sized! I stayed here for the ironman triathlon and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the events. I would definitely stay here again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The hotel was a nice location within easy walking distance to many local attractions. Even with the added business due to Ironman event, the staff were very friendly and very responsive. Great location, great staff, and excellent overall stay.

This hotel was *outstanding*!! The room we got was huge, and the beds were so comfortable, the view was perfect and the price couldn’t be beat. On top of that the staff were incredibly friendly and the breakfast was top-notch. If I could rate it higher than 5* I would in a heartbeat.

Great Hotel

Lovely hotel in the centre of Kaprun. 5 minute walk downhill to the town centre. Good skiing and apres ski. Enjoyed the spa facilities in the hotel. Definitely recommend it and we’ll stay again.

This hotel is in a great location, a few minutes walk to the lake and near to the bus station and several bars and restaurants. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The views from the roof top bar are stunning and you can purchase alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks from the vending machine. My only issue was the room we booked for 3 adults was a little small and it didn’t have enough storage for 3 people staying for a week.

We booked the Heitzmann but were given a room in the neighbouring property Two Timez. It was fabulous. Spacious, very clean, lots of space for luggage. Heated floor in bathroom and Aircon. Brilliant location right in the centre of Zell am See

Beautiful Zell am See and Kaprun

A very nice place to stay. Everything was good except the wifi was spotty and only worked adequately sometimes. Great evening music and street food festival and laser light show on the lake while we were there. Very good service by hotel staff and quite friendly.

Definitely not worth the money. Beds were really hard and uncomfortable. Very dated hotel. Our room was very old fashioned! Tv didnt even work. There was a connecting door to next door room, and a kid tried opening the door all night and kept waking us up! Roof top bar is a gimmick. Self service rubbish with rubbish drinks via a vending machine. Parking is 1 street away, so it is a headache if you forget something in the car. 20euro for parking for 1 day, which is fine, but we wernt put in the enclosed secure garage and still paid same fee for outdoor parking! Breakfast is rubbish. Staff are not very helpful or cheerful. Only good thing about this hotel is its location. Even the lift bounces when you step into it! Ridiculous for the fee they charged us!

Beautiful hotel! Upscale and ultra clean. Our room was spacious and well appointed. Bathroom was up to date and spotless. Kitchenette equipped with all we needed. Steps away from the lake. Plus, the staff was extremely kind and helpful😀
