"It’s a busy hotel with high guest traffic, but the staff manage everything efficiently and keep things moving smoothly. The property isn’t the newest, yet it clearly maintains a 4‑star standard with high‑end amenities. My room was clean, and although the centralized AC took a little time to reach my preferred temperature, it was comfortable once it settled. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and professional staff. If possible, choose a higher floor to enjoy the view."

"Great gym—very clean and well maintained. The staff truly reflects Japanese hospitality: polite, attentive, and professional. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. Breakfast was okay, but not outstanding. There could be more variety and better quality. The bar has a beautiful view, but I was disappointed that hotel guests are charged an additional fee to enjoy to sit where the view is. Considering the room rates, this should be included for guests."

"This used to be the most elegant hotel in Tokyo 38 years ago when I started staying here. The garden (previously owned by Prince Tsuneyoshi Takeda and redesigned by Teiji Kusuoka) was fantastic and was one of the main draws. It is still a good experience, unfortunately they replaced part of the garden with the Prince Sakura tower in the late 90s and haven't really fixed the garden, even now.
