"The hotel was very good, room and facilities as advertised, most staff members are very nice, and the property was clean in general. However, unlike most staff, the receptionist who checked us in didn't really show warm welcoming, she actually was a bit arrogant dictating orders rather than giving instructions. In addition, cleanliness of plates and utensils seems to be overlooked, we had to inspect and reject several forks, knives, and spoons until we get one that is acceptable to use with food."

"CLose to terminal 1 and an airport shuttle 24/7 every 30 minutes. There is nothing else around here but the aiport, getting to Niagra Falls was difficult and we had to Uber/Lyft our way back. "
