"I didn't get a duvet to sleep in. The room was extremely cold as there was no heater. I got there and I was told to pay $150 (credit card) $300 (debit card) for future damage which will be refunded if there was no damage when I was leaving. I did not have my credit card with me so I had to pay $300 which I got back the day I left. I didnt know about this. Their wifi is extremely slow, I wasn't able to use it for my research. The bathroom one of the container for lotion empty. Overall its a clean place and they have complimentary breakfast."

"Comfortable bed and a clean room. Unfortunately, the walls are paper-thin and the location is directly under a flight path, so it’s consistently noisy. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment."

"When you walk into the front lobby your hit in the face with the smell of a port-a-potty. The staff is very quick to dismiss its guests as fast as possible. Breakfast included powdered eggs and dirty waffle makers where you get to eat your food in the same port-a-potty smell. The room was decorated very nice however we could have done without the spots on the mirrors and sinks giving you the feeling it wasnt cleaned prior to you getting into the room, there was also trash from a pervious guest still needed to be emptied. There was a stain on the carpet which isn't that big of a deal but with the vibe of everything fit in very well. When turning on the lights to the room no light had the same light colour some were crisp white while others were yellow glow. The pool was very small compared to other hotels we have stayed in which was a little disappointing. The pictures displayed in advertisment painted a different atmosphere that this hotel did not live up to. Overall it is safe to say we will not be choosing this hotel again as our first impression was below standards for cost."

"Air conditioner is old AF, super loaud and didn't cool the room properly. Worst sleep of all the places I stayed during my 7 day trip. They lock out their tv's and don't allow other devises to be plugged in. Neat decorative building accents and the breakfast was very well done and plenty of options for all to enjoy."

"Check-in was OK, except for the man took my credit card and swiped it for me which felt intrusive for me. I used the hot tub and developed a rash on my bottom within 12 hours so I think that the chemicals need to be fixed and that there is bacteria in it. I have never in my life reacted to any water other than that, the room was clean. The staff are friendly. I do not like the air freshener in the hallway that blows with a fan it is overstimulating. The smell is very powerful."
