I felt safe so that wasn't a concern. Getting to the water wasn't easy-going. A better pathway diwn would be nice. I use to live in the area so my review reflects being not just a guest but a former local."

"Well stocked and clean VRBO. The pool was a great size, the building felt very safe. Right next To Griffith Park which was convenient for hiking and jogging. Highly recommend!"

Walked to breakfast, lunch and dinner just minutes away on Main street. Beach was fantastic! Loved the pool and hot tub and parking underground was an added bonus."

"Communication and getting into the apartment went perfectly. The apartment was not as nice as the pictures. It was clean with the exception of mold in the shower, around the windows and the ceiling. There was a missing piece of the bedroom vertical blinds so the sun woke us up each day around 5am. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of blankets and towels. The ac blew so cold. The pantry and fridge were very well stocked as others have mentioned. The neighborhood felt safe but i would not call it...

"Excellent property, it was very clean and the communication for check-in was easy, everything explains in detail and Jad's instructions were easy and very useful. The only Inconvenient was the details of the parking lot since our car is of minimum height 7 and the parking of the condominium is 6'8 but it was still excellent"
