"I loved my stay! I stayed for about 3 weeks and the location is great - east walk to downtown and in a very safe area. I was a solo female traveler and I felt very safe the entire stay. The place was also so clean, comfortable bed and living area. I also used the laundry and had issues with the dryer properly drying but that’s all. I would highly recommend."

"Me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed staying at this stunning ocean view condo. It was a retreat and was perfect for us and our daughter, her husband and their 17 month old son - our grandson! There was even a pack-n-play and highchair in the condo - even though we had brought our own P&P! Very helpful though. "We’ve been renting this unit when we visit the Burbank area. Access is easy. Parking is a breeze. There is a small kitchenette, so we avoid dining out all of the time. Having the private outdoor sitting area is one of the best features. The owner resides in the main house, and is a wonderful guy."

"When we first arrived there was a “call box” to type a code in to gain access to get keys, the call box was broken and it took me about 45 minutes to get access to the building while my husband waited in the car to avoid the tow zone in front. "My friend and I loved staying here. We wanted somewhere to decompress after driving for 9 days and this funky little pad was perfect. It’s a 1920s private guest house just off the back landing, accessed by steps. It is closer to Venice beach than to Santa Monica pier, with easy walking access to restaurants and the SM farmers market. "The location was very convenient for visiting my son. I felt pretty safe around most of the blocks, but did find looking for a parking spot at 9/10:00 after a day of traveling and site seeing difficult. I was told plenty of street parking, but there are few open near our apartment."
