Also the host communicated with us via email, what’s app and directly on phone prior to our arrival which I valued. A small saucepan for warming milk would be useful. Grazie!"

"We had only a short, 2 night stay in Palermo, but Francisco’s property suited us perfectly. It’s a great central location, and though on 2 busy streets—noisy during the day—it quiets down at night. The apartment is lovely & spacious, with painted ceilings & tile floors. Also, another rarity in Sicily: an elevator! "There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."
