"Overall the stay was great (Room was good and meals were good too) except for the payment part. Our family stayed for 3 nights and Hotels.com had charged us already for 1 night before the trip. So we should only pay for 2 nights at the hotel after our stay. But they charged us for 3 nights. The reception officer kept saying that we needed to pay for 3 nights. After trying to reason with him, I spoke to the manager, who confirmed we only needed to pay for 2 nights. "It is a 5 min walk from the station, the rooms are clean and the building feels new. The real differentiator though is the onsen on the 12 floor with sauna, hot and cold baths... a treat."

"The property is located at the north exit of Mishima station, most of the restaurants are at the south exit area. It's a long walk from north exit to south exit unless you pay 150¥ to enter the station. Lucky the hotel provides free shuttle bus.👍👍"
