"Great hotel after flying into Kansai airport. It was super easy to walk from the terminal and it was night to spend the night after a long international flight. The hotel room was spacious and clean. The staff was great. I would stay there again on my next trip."

"The shuttle feature is great from the train station, although you need to plan ahead due to its limited availability. Taxi to the property was inexpensive and affordable from the train station as well. On suite onsen and private bath is a must have feature with a clear view to the river below and the forest. Dinner serve in room was beyond exceptional. Breakfast was a little disappointing but still good. Definitely making this place an annual tradition to revisit every time we're back in Japan."
