The host claimed he never received payment and wanted me to send him another payment to his account, or a receipt showing payment to his account. Well, that is not how it's supposed to work. "Clean, pristine, welcoming place. The owners were extremely helpful and hospitable and very easy to communicate with. The staff are professional, courteous, friendly and super helpful. They go above and beyond. Kalena, Poornima (staff at front desk) are amazing and do what they do with respect and passion and happiness.
