"This was a birthday trip for my fiancé. When we arrived the hotel provided us with a complementary bottle of champagne and a small birthday cake( it was so delicious). The hotel was very beautiful and clean. The amenities were wonderful, just missing a microwave to heat up left overs. Restaurants in the hotel and surrounding area were expensive so it would have been nice to be able to heat up left over food to save money. The staff were very friendly, making us feel comfortable and at home. The manager of Fitness and Wellness has the sweetest soul. She is so passionate and knowledgeable about her craft , she went above and beyond to teach us some exercises and techniques for our body type, helping to guide us back on track to getting healthy again. The hotel felt like a home away from home. As first time visitors to San Juan, we hit the jackpot. I would give them a 9.99/10 ( just need microwaves) "

"Everything was great with the property! It was great for my family! The beach was excellent and you just walk right out to it. Also, the pool and waterslide was so great for our family. The only issue was that there was a lot of construction just outside the hotel and the sidewalks were closed. However, they did have staff to assist with crossing the street. "

"Love this property when i fly in late to PR or if doing a very early flight out. It's a quick and convenient walk to any airport terminals and or getting a car rental the next day. I wish every airport had a hotel onsite!"

"6 night stay. Would definitely recommend this Hotel. Staff are amazing. Very clean and maintained. Wonderful Breakfast. The outdoor Patio Grill and Bar has delicious choices. The Mahi Mahi was my favorite. ONLY complaint was the beds are very hard. Had horrible back ache. The Hotel sent the staff up to roll out a spongy bed topper. The cleanliness is like no other, the Staff was the best. Thank you to all!! "
