"Person manning the front desk was nice, but it wasn't manned half the time and check in instructions were a little unclear. The people at the restaurant were rude though and they stayed up late being loud (even though they told us they closed at 8pm)."

"The property and staff were excellent. But Expedia needs to work on its communication with the property. We booked the room on Expedia over an hour before showing up at the property. The staff had no record of our booking so we had to wait over an hour in the lobby while they contacted Expedia to see if the booking was made. "
