"This is our second time visiting Mallorca, Spain. This property was exceptional. It was relatively close to Palma and all of the most beautiful and scenic towns on the island. There was daily housekeeping. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. They were even able to accommodate my food allergies. I even gave the staff a hug on the last day as they were superb! We traveled with our 2 daughters ages 7 and 9. We highly recommend this property!"

"The hotel is very nice and the location is excellent. The room was clean and staff was very friendly. We stayed for 7 nights in Es Moli. The breakfast is very good but it’s always the same and the same goes for their hotel restaurant Es Jardi, which is lovely but there is only one small menu, so we only went once. It would be great to have some different menues and some more versatile food (“today’s speciality” for example) or change menu more often. The air conditioning didn’t work in the whole hotel (because it wasn’t the season and that was a temporarily issue) but we had two really warm days and we really needed it. Apart from that we had a lovely stay and would definitely come back! "

"This hotel is STUNNING. The setting, the views, the area - 1,000/10. The food was good, they have a breakfast buffet and menu, and dinner. But stop in town for snacks and drinks to keep in the fridge in your room. They have a gym, but it’s tucked away by the pool, and super small. I think most visitors get plenty of exercise roaming Valldemosa, its hiking trails and nearby Deia. The staff was lovely. Staying at the Continental Valldemosa was truly a lovely, once in a lifetime experience. Highly recommend!! "

"The views are really breath-taking and the terraces are amazing. The reason for the 3 stars is what can only be described as sewer stench that permeates the entire house, especially penetrating in the master bedroom (lower floor), stairwell, dining room (upper floor). Even airing it out with all of the windows open did nothing to eradicate the intense Paris sewer smell. When I asked the property manager about it, she shrugged and told me, "it only happens when the wind hits just right". In reading back through other reviews, this has been an issue for a long time and the owner continues to ignore or downplay the extreme unpleasantness. If we weren't staying a short time, I would have moved to a different location. Also, we experienced power outages. Apparently, you can't use 3 burners and the washer and dryer at the same time. The master bathroom has ants and the tub is unusable due to lack of hot water plumbing to the tub. Don't forget the tourist tax of 1.10 euro in cash for those over 16 which we were not told about until late the night before our departure. The property manager was not very friendly and the owner was friendly via texting."

"A great place for a short stay. However, it’s an old house, so something may go wrong at some point- it takes longer than 5mins to get hot water in shower, and it drips, hard to get my hair wet. Almost everything gets done (self service) through the iPad at the front desk, barely see any employees around."

"This is the most special place I’ve ever visited! The grounds are gorgeous, and the rooms are cozy and beautifully decorated. The hotel staff go above and beyond to make sure you have all your needs met. I can not wait to return! "
