Admire commanding views of the Gulf of Mexico, Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, and incredible sunrises each morning at this penthouse in Tops'l Summit, where you'll be an easy walk from the white sand shores of Miramar Beach. Enjoy such thoughtful details as quartz countertops, wall-to-wall windows, travertine tile, and a private balcony, as well as great resort amenities that include swimming pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, and a fitness center.

This condo is part of the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, a beloved property in Miramar Beach with multiple pools, a hot tub, a gym, a sauna and steam room, miniature golf, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball on its grounds. You can walk or ride the free tram to the beach, dine at two on-site restaurants, and find an assortment of other dining and shopping options at Baytowne Wharf (two miles north) and Destin Commons (seven miles west). You'll also be a few minutes' drive from more than a dozen golf courses in the surrounding area.

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We had an amazing stay, nice location, amazing staff and noat definitely enjoyed how peaceful the stay was. We will definitely stay again for our next vacation. Great room just a few little things need fixed, master bed and master bath toilet, kitchen faucet, and master ceiling fan, other than that it was perfect. Thank you from Tennessee.

I was in shock!

The moment I got to the resort I was in shocked! The resort was amazing a d multiple facilities a d pools to have fun. The condo itself was perfect! My opinion, this cond has the best view from them all. It's located at the top and at the end of the unit giving the best views. It was sto ked with everything needed and more. The sunrises in the master made me get up and enjoy every morning. Just a short 5-7 minute walk and I was on the beach. There was no high rises and just a few beach houses to the East that makes it so peaceful! Definitely booking again!!!!

Amazing location!

This condo was comfy and clean with everything we needed. Nice kitchen appliances, furniture we weren’t afraid to sit on, and everything was functioning just as it should’ve, as far as we could tell. The gated resort was great. We didn’t really use the amenities, but there were plenty available (tennis & pickleball courts, several pools and hot tubs, mini-golf, and gym). The view from the master bedroom was amazing. We lay in the bed and watched the sunrise. The beach was a very short, very easy walk (maybe the equivalent of 3 blocks?), but there’s also a tram to tote you back and forth if you prefer. The beach was nice, but we were all crammed into a rather small-feeling stretch of beach that I imagine is packed at peak season. Grocery store nearby, outlets not far either. If I had to lodge complaints, the master bed squeaked every time we rolled over and sorta caved toward the middle, and we couldn’t run the fan in the master because it was quite wobbly. Also, someone installed the kitchen faucet backward so that it it whacked the backsplash when twisting for temperature. Nothing deal-breaking for us. If you’re looking for a spacious 2 bedroom with a great view and location with the comfort of home, this is a good one.

This place was located in the perfect place. We were close to the beach, restaurants, shopping and the boardwalk. The views were absolutely beautiful! The property needs a huge upgrade on furniture. The couches and chairs are old and stained, the beds were the most uncomfortable!

Loved the view but...

We wished the shower curtains were clean- as the bottom of the curtain on one end was black. There were also other little things we thought could be improved upon- especially the T.V's. Very small T.V's and one remote had no back on it- so the batteries dropped out and made it so hard to change the channel. If you love great views- this is the best one- but the place definitely needs to be updated.

Stay somewhere other than this unit

This was an awful unit. The furniture and carpets were stained, dirty and ripped. The bathrooms were disgusting. The entire unit is badly outdated. The kitchen is poorly equipped. It lacked dishes, cookware and utensils. The view from the balcony is wonderful, but you can’t enjoy it because the balcony furniture is old and rusted. The washer and dryer both broke during our stay and could not be fixed before we left. The dishwasher was broken when we got there. It was fixed, but there was a foul smell in the unit before it was. The Tops’l maintenance staff was very attentive and cordial. Unfortunately, they lacked the parts necessary to fix some of the broken appliances, which required outside service. Overall, the unit is awful particularly for what it rented for. I would select any other unti before this one.

Do Not Choose This Unit

Do not choose this unit. Tops’l has plenty other amazing units. This unit has not been kept up. Has not been updated since the 90’s possibly. Furniture is filthy and worn. Holes in arm chairs in the living room and stains on the couch. Stains in carpet in master and on curtains in living area. Warped fan in master. Master bedroom smells like dust. Baseboards seem to have water damage. Only great thing about this unit is the view. It’s absolutely breathtaking. The sunrise from the master bedroom is something out of a dream.

Worn and Dated

There is nothing warm and inviting in this condo. The furniture is worn out; stains on the carpet; maintenance issues in the Master bath the could not be resolved; the bed in the Master has a dip in the middle; and a musty, smoke odor filled the condo when we arrived. We could not enjoy the balcony due to the large number of flies, which I am guessing came from the nature preserve. I can safely say that I haven’t stayed in a place like this since a college beach trip in the 80s.
