Challenge a friend to a match at the resort tennis court or lift some weights at the fitness center. Afterward, you'll have the shared hot tub waiting for you to soothe your tired muscles. Also, this complex grants guests access to a large, outdoor swimming pool!

This location is ideal for people of all ages! Outdoor enthusiasts will have Topsail Hill Preserve State Park only four and a half miles east with three miles of pristine beaches and endless outdoor activities that include fishing, bicycling, birding, picnicking, hiking, swimming, and more! Whereas families can easily travel to downtown Miramar Beach and explore Silver Sands Premium Outlets, which is home to 110 designer and name-brand outlet stores and extraordinary deals or enjoy a fun movie or sports events at New Vision Theaters Boulevard 10. The charming beach town of Destin is only 11 miles west. Make sure you stop at Big Kahuna’s Water & Adventure Park to enjoy water slides and other water rides. This park offers more than 40 water attractions, including a dedicated area for kids.

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Property was in excellent shape. Great location. Just a walk to the beach. Only issue I had was the internet stopped working the last day we were there. Wifi name just disappeared and could not find it again but had a great time.

Nice but noisy and smelly

Booked a pretty good deal and needed something closer than Destin to 30A, but other than that we prob wouldn’t stay here again. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was pleasant, as was the staff, but that’s about it for highlights. There is an adjoining door in this unit that must be next to another unit’s kitchen bc we could very loudly hear people (yelling often…and at 2am)and clinking of dishes/pipes running and disgusting smells of food cooking….our whole room smelled like fried food. Yuck. We did report the issues but there wasn’t really anything to be done. The bath towels are also super thin and don’t dry. The lighting is also kinda yuck. Luckily we didn’t need to be at the resort much, but it sure did leave me tired. I brought a sound machine bc other reviews mentioned the noise and I figured this would solve the potential issue. It did not. The first night was great, until someone checked in next door.

Great place for a nice vacation!

We had an excellent experience with the Tops’l Summit! It has a nice private beach access and different restaurants/activities to do. We had a beautiful view, friendly staff and a very clean room with a microwave, hairdryer, and refrigerator! The ONLY negative was that the walls are very thin and we had a very noisy neighbor.

Nice experience

We enjoyed our stay at the Miramar resort. The only problem we had was two lightbulbs burned out in our bathroom and we needed the in room telephone to be connected. The room was very clean, in our view from the room to the beach was exceptional

Spacious and clean

Only 4 stars because there wasn’t a coffee maker in the room and the door to the connecting unit offers NO privacy from noise. Thankfully the neighbors were quiet but I could hear everything they were saying and it was very audible, as if they were in the same room. Some soundproofing on the door would work wonders.
