Location was amazing!! Host was easy to get a hold of with questions. Only drawback was the property was a little in need of some updates, and a had a few ants and spiders in the house as well, otherwise amazing home!

Lots of room for our group of 8. Location is awesome with lots of walking options nearby. Backyard is beautiful! We spent lots of time gathering in the backyard around the fire table. We’d definitely rent again!

The house is very spacious, and beautiful, and the backyard is wonderful. We had a great time bbqing, enjoying the fire pit, and hanging out in the large gathering places. Our large german shepherd enjoyed it as well!

We were frustrated that we couldn't get into the Ritz as it was sold out, but super glad in hindsight, as that drove us to VRBO to find this wonderful, large home rental! Very spacious, well appointed, comfortable beds, close to beach. Fair price (and much cheaper than the Ritz!).

It was okay but absolutely not worth the money. I have used VRBO as my go to around the globe and this was a Meh at best. the neighborhood was a little loud and intimidating a couple of nights. The layout was not great for a group. Everything was on the top floor and the bedrooms were in the basement. I wouldn't rent this property again.

This place is amazing! It is very spacious and allowed us to have a very relaxing time with my family. My adult kids commented on how "chill" it was, since there weren't any signs on what not to do in every room... it's only a very short walk to the beach, and the view onto the ocean from the living room window is breathtaking. The beds were so comfortable. We also enjoyed the beautiful and very private backyard. The dishwasher was a little wonky as it's not bolted in, but everything else was in great working order.

Spacious house with numerous different spaces for different age groups to hang out. Comfortable beds! Short walk to beach and short drive to harbor. The main living area is upstairs. Although the house is listed as 3 bathrooms, it is in fact only 2 1/2. We had a good crabbing trip and made good memories to last a lifetime! Would gladly come back!

This was our second stay at this property. We absolutely love the house, the views and the proximity to the beach. Both times we have stayed we have brought our small dogs. It looks like the listing may have changed to prohibit pets which is a shame as it is just a few blocks away from a great dog beach. This house is fully equipped to cook Thanksgiving dinner. Plenty of space and a wonderful fire pit in the back yard. We have enjoyed staying here and hope to book again.

For the most part, the facility was good. Enough space for all 14 of us. Some things we would improve on are: the shower, door, upstairs, more toilet, paper, paper towels, maybe more beach towels, or games to play. Other than that it was a good place. One more thing, more seating in the living area by the fireplace.

We had 2 families sharing this beautiful, well maintained property. There was enough space without feeling crowded. Lovely location a block from the waterfront; great views from the house. Close to good restaurants, grocery store and Half Moon Bay downtown area. The only area for improvement is to have the garbage and recycle bins emptied before new guests arrive. They were so full that there was barely room for our garbage and recycling after our few days stay. Highly recommend; would definitely stay there again.
