"The hotel is located off a dirt road in a small little village. There is a great restaurant on site and the hotel itself is linked to the restaurant. You can tell the rooms have been remodeled recently and are very spacious and modern with very comfortable beds. It is a very quiet area which we enjoyed after being in Venice. The train station (which has free parking) is about 7 minutes away by car. Highly recommended if you are in the area. "

"Recommend! Comfortable bed, good shower, the AC worked great, good breakfast, nice spacious room with views of the canal and street. I felt safe and comfortable as a solo traveller. Easily walkable to some lovely villas. Staff were very helpful! I was only there for a first day from a long day of travel, so I didn’t try the local restaurants but they looked worthy of a nice meal and wine. "

"We absolutely loved this place. It’s spotlessly clean with comfortable sofas, beds and A/C, all of which make for a lovely respite after a day of traveling or sightseeing. Marco was an outstanding host with excellent suggestions for dinner, too. Not far from Venice, and the local markets meet all of your needs. Perfect for our family of three. Our teenage boy loved the game room. Our apartment had a little deck with tables, chairs, and chaise lounge. Would definitely return! Thank you, Marco!"

"Wir sind als vierköpfige Familie gereist. Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr ruhig und sauber. Das Gelände ist gepflegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Venedig lässt sich einfach mit dem Bus erreichen. Wir waren leider nur vier Tage dort und können uns durchaus gut vorstellen längeren Urlaub zu machen."
