"Really comfy bed, very clean, lovely building, very modern, everything is done using a QR code on your phone. Getting in and out, getting in your pod, getting in the room corridor. Enjoyed my stay. Close to tube and great location"

"Everything about this hotel was good, except the bathroom in our room. You basically had to prime it to get it to flush as it wouldn't provide much water until it was pumped about 4 times. Not great, for sure."

"The staff at this place went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. I wanted to give my kids an old fashioned bed & breakfast experience, and this place didn’t disappoint. Paddington Station very close, lots of food choices nearby. We even discovered St. Mary’s Hospital there, where penicillin was discovered. (There was a small museum there about it too). Only downside was there was only one electrical outlet we could find in the room, and no mirror near it, so drying my hair was a bit...

"Close to everything"

"Excellent breakfast. Front desk staff very helpful when we asked to change room. AC in room was noisy and didn’t work well. Shower was great and room very clean."

"Great location! In the heart of the old town, felt very safe. Breakfast was excellent, prefect for a day of exploring, Staff were very friendly, and brilliant at breakfast too! Room was very clean. Highly recommend and should be a 4 star hotel! Very impressive and would recommend to anyone!"

"all is good"

"The room is significantly smaller than expected but if you're just using it as your base of operations in London it's suitable. There is _very_ limited storage space."

"We stayed one night on Oct 1st, nice and clean hotel, helpful staff. The only thing that I didn't like is that they changed the room before we arrived as we were 3 people. I booked a queen and 2 twins room online and they changed it to one queen and one twin. Me and my son are big guys and it was not comfortable for us. They let us do 1 hour late check out instead. Next time I will make sure they don't change the room as I paid more for the bigger room."
