Par contre, je ne savais pas qu’il était possible de bénéficier de cette navette à l’arrivée à l’hôtel. La marche entre la station d’autobus et l’hôtel était assez difficile, surtout avec nos bagages. Il aurait été apprécié que cette information soit mieux indiquée lors de la réservation."

"Stayed as part of our Japan honeymoon, and it blew our minds. We arrived on a cloudy day but when we woke the next morning to clear skies the view of Mt Fuji from our balcony was simply incredible! "I loved how clean and well maintained this property was. The rooms being itself was very spacious and we had a beautiful view of the lake across the street. Staff were very friendly and offer a ride services going to and from Kawaguchiko Station which was very helpful. It was also a short walk to Kawaguchiko Lake, My Fuji Panoramic Ropeway, and various convenience stores and restaurants. We were also served a large Japanese breakfast in the morning. I was traveling with someone with severe food allergies so was presently surprised by how thoughtful and accommodating staff was about alterations to the meal."
