"The hotel was very nice and clean. Our room was very large and modern. When we checked in we quickly found out that there was no electricity in an entire wall. The wall the tv, a lamp, and the phone were. I went down to the front desk to let them know, and he asked if we flipped every switch in the room because the place was wired very weird when it was built. I said no, because I wouldn’t never think I’d have to flip a switch for electricity to work. He said if that didn’t work he’d move us to another room. I ended up finding the switch so that was fine, but if you want to watch tv, the light inside the room door has to stay on. Weird but not the worst thing ever. There are full sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower and ours were all empty. My son went back down to the front desk and they quickly gave us new bottles. If you enjoy sleeping on mattresses that feel like they are made out of concrete you’re good to go! lol I thought it was crazy that we had to pay $30.00 to park in the parking lot right in front of the hotel. It’s not in the best area of downtown but the hotel is EXTREMELY secure and they have a security guard in the lobby at night. You can’t even get in the front or back entrance without your key card and you have to use your key card to get into the elevator and to your floor. I appreciated that very much! They had a nice bar, and a large area with snacks and drinks. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and stay again!"

"Overall the stay was good. Nothing fancy but adequate for 5 people IF the pullout couch wasn’t broken. When I asked the staff they told me they knew it was broken but didn’t have another room to put me in. I guess they were hoping we wouldn’t use it?? They did bring a twin size rollaway bed when I asked tho. The breakfast food selection was great and kids loved making waffles. The oatmeal was fine the first couple days then was like soup the remainder of the days. The water pressure in the shower was horrible so taking a shower took forever. The kids enjoyed the pool and adults, the gym - both were clean and well maintained."
