"Staff and management very helpful and friendly. Waiting list enquiry didn’t work. I had asked to be contacted if a room became available, but this didn’t happen, even though rooms became available at a later date. Room spacious, clean, comfy bed, good shower. Our room was on the ground floor this time and it was noisy some times with guests coming in late and hanging out in the lounge area. Breakfast above average; husband did enjoy the crispy bacon! but please can we have more fresh fruit for the yogurt. We stayed 4 nights, only once was there a fresh fruit salad on offer. "

"The toilet seat wasn’t attached to the toilet. The toilet wasn’t bolted to the floor. The breakfast wasn’t planned out well and may have been understaffed. Had to wait for food as the heating trays were very small. There was no standard orange juice available at the drink dispenser. Lots of small things add up, would likely stay elsewhere in the future."
