"Overall a very satisfying stay. Very convenient location to everything and a subway station close by. Breakfast was good with variety of options. Front office staff was very helpful and even packed a breakfast on the day we were leaving as we had a very early train journey. Room was cleaned very well and cleaner did an excellent job. Only negative was the room view as we were not on a high enough floor to get a good view. We could only see the street and building next to us."

The rooms are big and comfortable for 2. Service is excellent including delivery of parcels to the room. We will come to The Langham again in our next visit to Shanghai. "
