"We held a family vacation with our adult children, their grandmother, and our two dogs. The property had everything we needed. The host was excellent. One thing to know in advance is the hot vs cold sides of the lake. This property is on the hot side and the lake is very warm, always. It didn’t cool us off in the hot July weather. Other than that, highly recommend!"

"Beautiful house and very well insulated which made the noise less for a big family. Great bedrooms and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking dishes. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you."

"We had an amazing stay!The house was beautiful, spacious, and spotless, making it perfect for our group. The lakefront location was peaceful, and we loved spending time on the water, relaxing, and enjoying the beautiful views. Everything was well maintained, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was smooth, and communication was excellent. Our family created wonderful memories here, and we would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway at Lake Anna!"

"My family of 8 adults and 6 kids had a great time. The hot tub was a big hit and going to the community pool was very easy actually walkable!I wish the swimming area in the lake was a bit wider otherwise all went very well."

"This was a beautiful vacation! There were 22 of us, our kids, their spouses and our grandbabies, and never felt there wasn’t enough room. We spent 7 days enjoying the lake, the yard and each others company. There was plenty of spaces to hang out, hang together and have a great time. The lake was perfect and we spent everyday swimming, kayaking and fishing. The beds were comfortable, the house lovely with lots of games, puzzles and entertainment ( pool table, ping pong, foosball, gaming systems)Thank you Amy for sharing this beautiful home."

"What an amazing house this was. The pictures show exactly what you’re in for if you book this house. Super clean and well decorated. I was there with 17 guests (7 adults and 10 kids). The kids loved the pool, fishing, playing sports in the huge lawn and the basement had unlimited entertainment. The ice machine in the basement was a plus for filling coolers. The only negative (and this was mother natures fault) was the water level was very low at the dock. We were still able to kayak and fish, but we if rented a boat there is no way we would have gotten it to the dock. The host was always available for any communication and was checking in to make sure we didn’t need anything. Great restaurants and parks 5-10 minutes away if you want to switch it up. Overall I’d rate this place to be one of the best rentals I ever stayed at. Enjoy."

"We have an awesome trip to the lake. The house was immaculate, plenty of room for all 15 of us, beds were comfortable, the house was fully stocked with all necessities. We definitely made some great memories here. Highly recommend this house for your travels."

"The property was perfect for our group of 16. We all agreed we finally found the place that we would love to come back too. The new boat house is gorgeous and will be even better when completely finished. The house itself was very open, and we did not feel cramped at all even with our large group. Sandra the host was amazing to deal with and anything we had questions about she answered quickly and all were resolved. Our group has been vacationing at Lake Anna for the past six summers and this by far was the best stay we had. We cannot wait to be back next year."
