"Wow this house is such a treasure! It has so much artistry and character in its quirky collections and cultural artifacts, it’s like a house-museum. There’s so much to discover. Highly recommend the scavenger hunt! The house is also super comfortable, well-equipped, and beautifully located on the lake. We loved our visit in the winter (with a day trip to Monticello and a campfire in the snow). I’m sure in the summer it’s incredible.The setup is perfect for multiple family groups (our group had two families with 4 adults and 6 kids age 9-15). The loft is huge and a perfect place to hang out and play games. Kaleigh the host is very friendly and responsive. I hope we will be back!"

"Relaxing hpuse for.Parents and kids!We loved this house! It has great amenities for families! We used it to gather 3 families together for.A few days. The adults took the top 2 floors and the kids the basement. Probably the most relaxing family style vacation. The house was clean. The amenities were many. I imagine in warmer weather, it's even more fun will likely book again!"

"We had such a marvelous time celebrating Thanksgiving together - myself and my two sons, daughter-in-laws and fives grandchildren ages six and under! I played air hockey with my oldest granddaughter, and she beat the Sox off of me, always saying “YA” when she hit the hockey stick! I taught her how to play cards for her first time experience in playing cards at all- and she picked up on the unbridles really quickly and skunked me on that too!! We enjoyed the floor plan so much as each family has different bedtime and napping schedules, and there was always something fun to do! I mostly enjoyed the Woodstock and the warm chitter chatter between everyone, and the level of joy and love in my grandchildren to be together -all of us, was priceless!! We love the view, and all of the accommodations!! We hope to return next Thanksgiving or the next!! Thank you so very much! "

"This is a wonderful house to rent. Well equipped for cooking and enjoyment (games, outdoors etc). Very comfortable spaces, beds and bathrooms. We did a short stay for thanksgiving and it was a perfect fit for cooking, eating and family gathering. The just is extremely responsive to all questions and was very helpful to our family. "Your Lake House is awesome! We used the fire pit every night! We used the screened in porch for a Birthday Lunch Celebration! And all the party lights really lit up your property nicely. Kitchen, bedrooms, and dining room were well equipped for the 5 of us (1 day-tripper). Beautiful - beautiful piece of property; easy to find. Highly recommend!"
