"This was my 3rd time staying here this year. The room was fairly clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and I am very thankful to the staff for putting us in a room with a king size bed. The ladies at the front desk were very charming, friendly and polite.
The only downside was that the pool was closed for maintenance. Thanks so much for a relaxing stay. "
"This is a really great hotel! Close to downtown bracebridge which offers a lot of food options. About 10 mins away from Santa's village.
The staff are really friendly and helpful.
The hotel is clean and offers a decent breakfast. My only complaint is that breakfast could have ended at 10am instead of 9am for late risers.
We loved all the board games in the lobby and the cozy sitting areas. They also had a really nice selection of snacks and drinks.
