"Staff at hotel was not helpful. Our remote control didn't work and it took almost 2 hours for someone to come to the room to fix it. We had no idea what restautants were available or what amrnities they had."

"Our room was nice (2 queen beds). Only thing was that there were what appeared to be a small blood stain on my friends sheets. Also, we paid the extra $$ for breakfast that was NONEXISTENT. Suppose to be cereal, pancake and waffle maker, fruits, yogurt and pastries, coffee & juices. Nothing was available! ..."
