"All staff at the Great George are all so nice and helpful!! The staff go over and above to make your stay memorable. Very clean rooms. I was in the Wellington building. The main area on first floor in Wellington could use a little updating to make it more user friendly. The breakfast was excellent. I liked the manager drink from 5-6 pm on weekdays."

"L’établissement est neuf, c’est propre, très bien entretenu et les chambres sont très grandes. Nous étions au deuxième étage, dans une chambre avec deux lits queen et une super vue sur la plage !! Peignoirs, chaussons, serviette de plage disponibles dans la chambre et de nombreuses serviettes pour la douche minutieusement rangées! La chambre dispose aussi d’un coin café bien garni, des bouteilles d’eau dans le frigo et d’un coffre fort! Nous avons aussi apprécié le petit déjeuner continental à disposition comprenant des options sans gluten !! Concernant les locaux tout est pratique, l’espace hot tub dehors est vraiment agréable, la salle de sport est suffisante et le coin fire pit merveilleux !! Nous n’avons pas pu essayer le restaurant du 4e étage mais nous avons été au Fin en face et là aussi une belle carte de disponible avec des options sans gluten très appréciées !! Un merci tout spécial à Sharon qui s’occupait du petit déjeuner et était très sympathique et aussi un grand merci à Ayo qui travaillait à la réception et qui est formidable ! Nous reviendrons c’est sur !"

"Excellent location. Walkable distance, just a block or so, to main street in Charlottetown (you dont have to worry about parking as you can park for free at the hotel). It is located nicely on PEI so you can drive to most other PEI tourist places within an hour to 2 hrs. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine. They do different things each day at least they did while we were there. They always had some type of egg, whether it be hard boiled, scrambled, or something else made with eggs . They have different types of bread, english muffins available. At least one day I was there they made fresh home baked cookies and had them out for guests. They were really good. I thought the bed was comfortable, my wife thought it was a little bit too hard. There was some knocking noise going on every now and then in the walls. Guessing it was old pipes. Fitness center had a treadmill, elliptical machine, one bench, dumbbells up to 30lbs, and a captains chair to do abs and dips. Not a lot of weight to do any heavy lifting but you and still get in a light workout, If I were to visit PEI again, I would definitely consider staying here again,."

"My stay here was absolutely incredible. Staying in the historical building itself is enough, but the interior looks like you are transported back a few hundred years (the general area sitting room was exquisite in decor/furniture). The room itself had a fireplace, amazing furniture - just can't say enough great things! Awesome experience overall."
