This house could comfortably sleep 9, though the ceilings on the lower floor might be too low for people over about 5'8-9". We loved the large common areas and back deck and yard. It was great to have a second bathroom for the kids. Kitchen supplies were fairly basic but there are many good places to eat within a short drive (or walk in good weather). Location worked perfectly for us. 10 minute walk to CN Tower, Roger’s Centre, etc. Nice to have a restaurant at the end of the street and a grocery store 2 blocks away. Only negative comment, in the write up it was indicated we would have access to the fitness centre and the pool which was not the case. "Host was extremely accommodating. Communication was excellent. I made an error in booking and we worked it out very professionally. The room is very cozy. No tv (which is a plus for me, personally). Nice and spacious. Private bathroom was very clean and the bed was comfy. Perfect place for a one or two night stay. Neighborhood is a pretty nice place too!"

The location is within ten minutes of the downtown core and great shopping at Square One Shopping Centre. The other tenants were quiet and respectful. "
