"This property was a huge disappointment and not as described. We were placed in a basement unit despite booking what was advertised as a “premier house.” It’s not suitable for six guests. we were only five and still found it inadequate. Basic essentials were lacking: just two rolls of toilet paper for six days (the host was arguing with us that there was more even though we have picture proof there was two), towels smelled of mildew, and not enough sheets for the beds we requested. "Had a great day in Elora we came for our anniversary as we got married here five years ago so easy to walk to all the local attractions had a great time staying with her two young children fire pit in the backyard and hot tub were a nice luxury will come back to stay again"

"Host was nice. Suite is cold, and walls could use scrubbing. There was 3 of us, one towel and no blanket for the person sleeping on the couch. The description in anmenitiessays there is a tv, kitchen, but none of it is available for use. Its written in the type up by host "

"It’s a comfortable, clean space love the ambiance. However getting to the entrance and operating the lock is problematic in the evening for late checking in. The pavers-walkway are not well laid which could result in a fall and the outside walkway to the entrance is not not well lit. Stephanie is a good hostess. I enjoyed being there. I will stay there in my future visit to the area. "
