"The staff were very helpful, professional and polite. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The young lady on reception was amazing, nothing was to much trouble for her. She's a credit to the hotel. The whole experience was brilliant, very relaxing stay before we continued our journey to Newquay. We will definitely be staying again in the future."
"Really nice hotel and beautiful location. Rooms were clean and well maintained with great decor. Only gripe would be that there was a wedding on the night and they placed us directly opposite the main room where they were celebrating and it was extrememly noisey. Would of been better if they placed us further away to cater for everyone. This also meant we couldnt eat when we wanted and use the lounge or restuarant or have food to our room due to chefs being busy . More information on the event...
