"Stayed here for 1 night after exploring Oxford for the day. The only reason I am giving a 4 star review is for some reason it seems that if you book through Expedia for example we are given a room next to the lifts, Room 401, in this case Whilst the en-suite was next to the lifts so we could not hear them, the voices of the people congregating to catch them we could hear."

"Room quality was very good with plenty of space and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of options. My only criticism was that the music played at breakfast time frankly let down the hotel. 70s or 80s pop - and I write as an owner of many of such tunes - should be replaced by gentle light classical, assuming there has to be music at all."

"Great stay here as a mum and daughter. Room, facilitates and food were excellent. The gardens are beautiful with peacocks everywhere. The males were fanning out their beautiful tail feathers! Only downfall was the poor water pressure in the rooms shower and horrific noise it made after about 5 mins of it running! Sounded like an airplane taking off!"
