"Couldn’t fault the room I stayed in , however a family member also stayed and she didn’t have a/c in her room and was given a fan , apparently not all the rooms have a/c. On check out , there was only one man on reception and it took 40 mins to check out. My refund still hasn’t gone back onto my card for the £50 holding fee, waiting 2 weeks after. Bar staff were very slow and didn’t seem to know what was going on and also ran out of paper in the machine multiple times which caused further delays."

"Found it very strange only one towel left in bathroom for two adults on a three night stay (extra towels provided when asked) Rooms are very small (expected at an easy hotel) but really not a fan as someone who values privacy of bathrooms with glass doors and no locks. If someone needs to go during the night and turns the light on in they disturbs other guests sleep. The air conditioning was a blessing in the heat and the fact that it was set to turn on and off automatically was great in the heat wave"

"Checking prompt and efficient. The room, although small was ok for our stay. Loved the White Company products in the bathroom. Tea/coffee in the room was a bonus. Iron and ironing board useful too. Breakfast was great from cereal, yoghurts, fruit juices, sausage, bacon, beans, mushrooms, fried, poached & scrambled eggs and omelettes to order, Danish pasties and coffee station highly recommend. The car park was also free for hotel guests."
