"Staff are efficient but not particularly warm/friendly. The rooms are decent, but this is the second room where I have had no TV signal at all! Luckily not a lot worth watching but would be cost better from a Hampton. I think going to a premier inn plus room now gives more facilities than a Hilton nowadays. "

The food was really good, and staff very helpful. The reception was always very busy, they seem to put a lot on the team there.
