"Excellent hotel, fabulous location and staff amazing who went out of their way to help us, even letting us check in a full 6hrs early when we arrived at 9am after a long flight from the UK, even though we had only asked to store our luggage until actual check in time!"

The staff are also very friendly and helpful. However, I’m not sure why, but I could occasionally hear some humming or strange noise in the room. Overall, it was still a good stay."

"Outstanding hotel most worthy of 5 stars. The only disclaimer is construction of adjacent buildings, obviously outside of the control of this excellent hotel, could be noisy if you sleep past 8 AM. Otherwise most highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again next visit to Sydney."
