"Terrible experience staying at Mantra Hotel, definitely not even a 1-star experience. The room was disgusting, dirty, and mouldy. The bed was broken, the curtains were damaged, and the overall condition of the room was unacceptable. Very disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance standards. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone."
