"The apartment itself was quite nice and very spacious for three of us. It was clean and outfitted well enough. As appliances in the UK are different from those in North America it would be helpful to have some manuals, especially since the numbers were worn off the buttons on the hob. The area outside was noisy so no sleeping with the windows open. It’s a busy area as near train station which could be very convenient if travelling on trains, but it felt a little less safe late at night. ...

"Die Kaution wurde vollständig einbehalten, obwohl sämtliche Regeln bezüglich hinterlassen des Apartments und der Sauberkeit eingehalten wurden. Anscheinend musste das Sofa gereinigt werden weil es so sehr gestunken hat. Vielleicht sollte einfach mal der Preis für die Unterkunft angehoben werden, anstatt sich noch einen Bonus in Form der Kaution zu erschleichen. Wie wäre es mal mit Regeln anpassen bzw. verbieten das Sofa zu benutzen?"
