"We arrived at the peak of the beautiful fall colours and the property and surrounding area were absolutely beautiful. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The jacuzzi was large and filled up nicely with hot water, but trying to turn the jets on, even at the lowest setting, had too much splashing and so we couldn't really use them. The breakfast was SO good, highly recommend."

"This property was an amazing find. It was very easy to book and the self-check process was very easy as well. We had a 2 bedroom unit on the top floor (stairs required) with a private balcony overlooking the lake (so scenic!) It was exceptionally clean and very spacious. Our fridge contained our breakfast for the following morning (muffins, fruit and other tasty morsels) as well as water. Coffee, tea, yogurt, and juices were available in the breakfast nook one level down. There was an...

"The property was well-maintained. The staff were all very helpful. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was particularly well. Done with nice big towels. There was ample parking available. Although there was not a lot of signage, we trusted GPS and it got us there It should be noted that there is absolutely no restaurant facilities. "We found Nalu Retreat to be a true gem! The Dome was just like it appears in the photos. Everything was clean, clean, clean and tastefully done. As a former boutique hotel manager & chef I was impressed with the attention to detail. Comfortable leather sofa, extra throws, nature sounds, plenty of plugs, kitchen supplies, Robes, Turkish towels, goodies in the kitchenette, too many to mention. We were enthralled with the setting and enjoyed our time in the hot tub and the privacy surrounding us....

"The morning breakfest was amazing and the staff RIC was the best"

"I was not happy that they had a Halloween party at the hotel on Saturday night which was very loud and when I came back in the evening the parking lot was absolutely overflowing with cars and I could not find any place to park. As a paying guest I should have had access to park. I complained to the front desk but they just said they were sorry but couldn't do anything about it. I was very upset about the situation and think more should have been to accommodate me or give me some credit for my...
