"Very nice stay!"

"Great hotel, nice and close to the market. Wish there would’ve been better breakfast options. I know it’s hard to please everybody, specifically two meat choices instead of just sausage pass on the baked beans, English muffins, along with bread and bagels, different cold cereal, options, peanut butter, hot water , tea and hot chocolate 24 hrs a day ."

"Excellent location to town of St Jacobs, the Farmers Market and a short trip through farm country to the Stratford Festival. We visit the festival annually and this will become our base for that."

"Didn’t use pool so can’t comment on that"

"My only issue was that there was no complimentary water in the room"

"Excellent b&b. Enjoyed hot tub, breakfast, and hosts."

"We were in room 202. Staff was very helpful and the building is beautiful. The room has an Updated bathroom with a walk in shower. There is an Elevator to the floor which was nice. Unfortunately, There is a window ceiling height in the bathroom. When someone goes to the bathroom in the night the light is bright in the bedroom. The bed is very comfortable but creaky. The fridge also makes a noise that is not normal. We had an amazing breakfast! The French toast was scrumptious. The...

"Had a great time. The place was situated close enough for us to enjoy the Stratford festival, it had everything we needed including an amazing restaurant with delicious menu."

"The vintage feel of the property would be the highlight staying here. The location is good - walking easy to the main downtown and to the Avon theatre. The room was basic but comfortable and included robes and a coffee station. And the restaurant is an added bonus as it serves delicious options in an authentic atmosphere."

"The host and hostess very friendly served a wonderful breakfast we return in the future"

"Nice clean room. Comfy bed. Friendly polite staff."

"This property looked a bit outdated outside but the rental space was updated and really nice. VERY impressed to find two water bottles ice cold in the fridge. TV worked and the temperature could have been controlled with a remote. Close to the Festival so extremely convenient with no lobby or elevator or steps to enter the room. We will stay here again."

"Beautiful room, comfy bed, nice bathroom and a lovely breakfast included. Easy walk to the small downtown for a bite to eat."

"Perfect location, helpful staff"

"We arrived at the check-in time but the Inn was locked and we couldn’t contact the proprietor. Seems like this is a one man operation. After more than an hour the Inn proprietor came out and apologized for not being able to host us or the other two parties that had booked for the night. We are requesting a refund."

"Easy access to car parking, room was neat and air conditioning working 👍"

"Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is in the heart of Stratford which makes for easy walks to dining, shopping and entertainment venues. Parking is safe and onsite. The hotel is over 100 years old so we weren’t expecting modern amenities found in newer properties. That said our room was clean and functional but it is in need of a refresh; rusty shower head that doesn’t allow for adjustment a heater that likely wouldn’t work well on a really cold night. Corridor...
