"Modern, high tech, clean, and in a great location. Staff was incredible and super friendly! Loved the room and the iPad that controls all the lighting, temperature, etc. I will definitely stay here again next time! I had a few very minor complaints about the drinking water situation and breakfast. The hotel did not have bottled water for sale, and at breakfast they only had water available through a small tap which was hard to find (I had to ask an employee) and a bit confusing to use at first. Please consider putting a pitcher of water out, let's encourage hydration! And while I don't have high expectations for hotel breakfasts, the fruit was old and disgusting two days in a row and did not seem safe to consume. The bananas were also not ripe enough, and the stems were cut unusually short. Get a fruit-eating person on your team, and this hotel would be perfect :)"

"I guess it’s just a sign of the times. When you call with a question an A.I. takes your call first. It’s programmed to keep you from taking time from a human until you insist on talking to a real person. The mini refrigerator is stocked with drinks and such that take up all the refrigerator space. If you move anything from the refrigerator, you will be charged. Disappointed that the Fairmont is using that system."
