"Property was exactly how it looks online. New and clean. We enjoyed the patio and yard games that were provided as well as the grill. Kitchen was well stocked as well as the bathrooms . A couple suggestions…add a full length mirror in the bedrooms and something for hanging clothes. Possibly a short bar on one side of the closets. Location is great for walking, biking and restaurants/bars. We would definitely stay here again. Had a loud group in another unit but host took care of it immediately."

"Check in and check out were easy. The host was great to work with. We enjoyed having a dock and boat lift. We are big water sports fans and this was a great lake for that. The neighbors were very nice. House worked well for our needs. Only complaint was there were quite a few spider webs and some of us wound up with a couple spider bites. But as outdoor lovers we were mostly unphased. Overall it was a great experience. "

"The house was very cute and well kept. It wasn’t too far from the water, but also not too crazy far of a drive to the main downtown areas. Simple to drive to! It was a nice quiet neighborhood!"

"This is a beautiful home and worked out for our group. It was unfortunate some amenities were not available, but we are understanding of the recent flooding as some of us also live in NW Iowa and have also been affected. It would have been appreciated to receive communication on status of property before our arrival."
