"The staff is very friendly and helpful. We didn’t encounter a person that wasn’t smiling or humming a tune to themselves. The hotel is close to the beach, which was one of the reasons we stayed. The staff cleans the rooms as best they can considering all the sand that is brought up from the beach."

"This is not a new facility. You can indeed get all the services you need, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The only downside is that the breakfast is bland. No fresh fruits or vegetables, not even low maintenance items like bananas or baby carrots."

"We had a great start here! The staff was very helpful and I loved the old school charm of the lobby. Our rooms were quite clean and functional, the hallways were mostly quiet, and it was so convenient to get to the beach and the boardwalk. We’ll be returning, for sure"

"I liked the location of the Hotel. It is right across the street from the Beach. The Breakfast staff at the Hotel’s restaurant, Hemingways, were very friendly and attentive. The evening staff at the same restaurant was not friendly or attentive. After being seated and waiting for 22 minutes for a waitress to come serve us, I had to flag down a waitress to get service. When I actually got my food, the food was delicious. The room we stayed in wasn’t really sound proof. Every morning we were awakened by the people above us, stomping back and forth across the floor and little feet (I assume they were Kids) running back and forth across the floor. So much for sleeping in."

"very well thought out the only issue I have is that it is still PEAK season and sufficient working staff is a little short handed so service at peak times is slower than normal but what they do have is a compassion too deliver satisfactory service. Expedia itself needs too be a little better with negotiating better rooms for continuous loyal users of Expedia when upgrades and room changes are necessary."
