"Loved everything about this hotel.. except our way too short stay. Room was spacious with plenty of room for my kids and I. There was something for everyone. We loved the beach, water park, dining options, entertainment and competition (we participated in dart and trivia). Food was plentiful with fresh, tasty and healthy options. Great entertainment."

"Everything about the resort was clean, classy, well maintained and felt luxurious. It is a long way from anything but the beach, although that beach is perfect and there are plenty of bars and reataurants along the coast. Getting to any sights or cities will require an expensive taxi or a car, but the hotel is so luxurious and relaxing you many not want to leave!"

"Lovely resort, incredibly family friendly. Kids club is great if child is over 3 years old. Very relaxing stay, only downside is beach is quite rocky compared to others visited in Crete, but you can always use the pool. "

"Rooms were lovely and very clean, the area was quiet but within a busy area around a 1 minute walk away, just round the corner. Only downside was the stairs we had to walk up lots of stairs to our room each time! "

"My search for a hotel was predominantly driven by the star rating, this is definitely not a 5 star hotel. The facility descriptions are inaccurate and misleading. 'Poolside bar and two bars/lounges' - There was a poolside bar but that was it. There was one more bar but it was never open and the image of a bar on the site wasn't there at all. Also, for some reason the 'all-inclusive' stops at midnight at the poolside bar. That just seems a bit strange as the bar only stays open until 1am so why bother charging for that hour. 'Two outdoor pools' - there was only one and there were never anywhere near enough sun loungers for the size of the hotel or the number of guests. The indoor pool does exist but we never saw anyone use it. It needs updating as it's very tired. I didn't see a tennis court and the images give the impression that the hotel is right on the beach, it's not. It's only about 100 yards away and there is a beach bar there but the photos are misleading. The bedroom and bathroom were very nice and generally the staff were very helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant needs to be covered as there were a lot of flies, so it was best to choose something as they brought out a new tray, or choose something from the grill as they cooked it. The choice and quality was pretty good though. All in all we did have a nice break but just think the details are not accurate. I wouldn't have chosen to stay there now I know how it really is."
