"The lobby was modern and the staff were very helpful. The walk to the Duomo was easy and safe. But the hotel room was dark, noisy, and smelled awful. The towels and sheets were scratchy and the bathroom looked very dated and dirty. There was a lot of noise outside of our room both in the hallway ..."
