-The place was clean, beautiful, great location and love all the balconies. Very spacious. Lots of room for all your things. Having a washer was very handy too. The beds were very comfortable too. Blowdryer was nice. Usually, when you travel, the power isn’t strong enough to dry long hair. This one was good. Feedback for property and guests:-The complimentary transfer was late. He was quite rude and was texting and driving and swerving, in and out of lanes. -If you arrive, before check in, there is nowhere to store your bags. This information wasn’t provided, upon booking. -The responses were delayed and sometimes questions were ignored. If you need anything immediate, you won’t get a quick response, which is fine but just managing expectations. -The toiletries that are offered are soap, shampoo and body wash and they are all in the form of a solid bar. -There are no face towels, so ask for extra hand towels. Body towels and hand towels are provided and are good quality. -There is no tissue paper, detergent, dish soap or paper towel. You’ll have to buy your own. -For the money you spend, this doesn’t feel like it was run by a company. I’ve had way better experiences with a single host on other properties. -For this price, you’re better off in a hotel, in my opinion. You’d get a luxurious hotel in the area and get more bang for your buck.
