Welcome to our spacious flat, perfect for families and groups of friends seeking comfort and tranquillity.

The flat has three bedrooms. Two of the rooms have double beds, while the third room is equipped with two cots. All rooms overlook a verdant inner courtyard, offering a peaceful view and a relaxing ambience.

The large living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, armchairs and a TV for your entertainment. The room is air-conditioned and opens onto a private balcony, where you will find a small table and two chairs, ideal for enjoying a coffee al fresco or simply relaxing.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with all the amenities you need to prepare your meals.

The flat has two modern bathrooms, both with very large showers, to ensure maximum comfort and space.

A small adjoining room serves as a laundry room, equipped with a washing machine for your convenience.
