"This accommodation is in the perfect location to enjoy the coffee shops and restaurants in a trendy lively area. Shops are nearby and the hop on hop off bus is a 2 minute walk away. Our room was comfortable and met our needs. It was surface clean, but would have benefited from a deep clean of doors and cupboards. Due to its location, it can be noisy at night on weekends as it is near the bars. Not an issue if you are there to enjoy this side of things, but early nighters may be troubled by it. Would definitely stay here again as very good value for money."

"The Bad: The hotel failed to reply to multiple Expedia messages regarding a ferry terminal pickup. Communication is paramount. Because of this silence, my wife and I had to walk half a mile at 9:40 PM from the furthest pier, tired and carrying heavy luggage in an unfamiliar city. The Good: The hotel's recovery was outstanding. The next day, Magda the manager was genuinely concerned and went above and beyond to fix the reception lapse. She provided several complimentary drinks and paid for our airport taxi upon checkout. The Property: The hotel itself is excellent. We enjoyed beautiful sea views, a very comfortable bed, and a great breakfast. Giannis at the rooftop bar deserves a special mention for his superb, 10/10 customer service. Location: Perfectly situated. It is highly convenient for the ferries, city centre, and airport, with great bars and restaurants right on the doorstep. We would definitely stay here again."
