"It’s an incredibly beautiful property and the staff were more than incredible. Everyone of the staff were very polite, helpful and efficient. My wife and I were staying there for 11nights to celebrate our 45th anniversary… and the hotel made it that we were celebrating every night with a treat of hand made cakes and chocolates. The only negative in my opinion was the Spa facility and the exorbitant pricing.. we have amazing and very affordable Spa’s… and unfortunately did find a hint of arrogance reason why we decided against using this facility.. special thanks to Karla our ambassador and Vanessa and another young lady, I forget her name,who received us every morning with beautiful smiles for breakfast! Nobu, Ardea and Munna were were amazing restaurants! Pacific was as well good and cuisine was very Mexican. The manager at Munna and Saul at Ardea were very good.. Thank you each and everyone of the staff! We will be back!"
