"Nice room and nice grounds in an urban setting. Front desk gentleman who checked me in was excellent. The toilet did not have a good flushing velocity, something getting more noticeable in the last few years. But I would recommend this place! GR"

"The one old guy can't speak any English an when i asked for my bathroom to be unplugged he told me just keep flushing it we'll go down so I had no bathroom for one an they can do better with there breakfast"

"Best feature of this location is the breakfast lady--great personality for this work, and keeps things supplied and ready. Check-in clerk seemed listless, dull--likely better suited in work elsewhere. Property reliably clean and well maintained."

"The staff was pleasant and nice. However when I got in the room there was duck tape on the door above the “deadbolt” area (safety concern). I notice there was partially empty toilet tissue and no replacement toiletries. The shower area did not look clean there was a ring in the bathtub as though it wasn’t cleaned and disinfected, also it appeared it needed to be recaulked and some type of tub paint or sealant over it maybe just outdated. There was crumbs left on the table and tv stand did not appear to be cleaned had concerns the beds sheets was not replaced. I traveled with my own fitted sheets and blankets, it came in handy."

"The light and fan in the bathroom did not work so had to take a shower in the dark. 3 of the 4 wall mounted containers for soap/shampoo/lotion were either empty or did not work. I did not have any soap to use. The sink was filthy. I had to clean before using. I do not recommend this hotel and will not be coming back."

"No breakfast at the hotel. It was extra and no need to take a chance. No pool time so can't share anything on the pool area. They had been digging in the parking lot up front and this was muddy. The main problem was elevators. It has 2 elevators and only one working. The elevator working is old and very slow. It's bad and I don't try and stay at hotels again with elevator issues. It's just not worth the price when you can find cleaner hotels in the same area. Air vents in the room are too dirty. I can see the dust build up and that takes a long time to have that must dust build up. Main floor carpet is worn out and needs repair. Elevator flooring is in need of repair and refresh. I would not recommend this hotel in the future and is not up to Hilton standards that I have seen in the U.S. We travel a lot throughout FL, AL, MS, Tenn., LA, TX, OK, MO, and don't need to rate hotels with not recommended in the past."
