"Right on the square in Independence. There are a lot of historical tours and sites to visit. The restaurant in Ophelia's was excellent as was The Courthouse Exchange."

"Conveniently located to power and light, the street car which has multiple stops for sightseeing and eats. Loews is at least a yearly stop for us. Quiet, great views of KC skyline. Pool was clean and refreshing. Good drinks at the bar. "

"Super hip and cool. Really spacious room that was beautifully decorated and well appointed. Loved that everything was keyless. Staff was super communicative prior to and after arrival. 2 things to note, as at least my room (room 3) is not for everyone. It is above the bar and therefore for anyone who turns in early, there will be music til midnight. Also, for those who like to lay in bed and watch TV; there is no TV in the unit. Again, neither were issues for me, I absolutely loved my stay - but...

"Loved my stay here. The hotel has such a cool vibe, it’s effortlessly stylish without even trying. The staff, was, friendly, helpful, and the kind of people who make you feel like you’ve been upgraded to “favorite guest” status. And the location is great! Close to the light rail, so getting around was a breeze. All in all, a spot that makes traveling feel a little more fun."

"Loved the location and the beautiful home. Service was fantastic. The B&B was very close to Union Station and the WW 1 museum. Very close to great BBQ restaurants. The decor was eclectic and very comforting and the outdoor veranda was great to sit and relax after a busy day. Loved everything about this place!"

"Let’s describe it as quirky. This is in a former grand house, and has shared spaces including a living room. Our room was quite large and even had a few snacks. We never actually saw anyone else there, as we had instructions to get in. Parking was a short walk away in a museum lot. We loved the closeness to Nelson-Atkins museum, and it was pretty near KC Rep’s theater."
