"Room was clean, staff were friendly, helpful, accommodating and very welcoming. Breakfast was so-so, they have pastries from Costco, bread and cereal selections and different blends of coffee. There was a minute-pancake machine, some cheese and the same cold ham everyday so it did get tiring at some point. Bus-stops were close by, about a 3-5minute walk depending on which bus you're trying to catch. Would definitely stay again :)"

"This place is a gem!! Michael provided excellent service, clear location instructions and was extremely flexible. The place was very clean and our room was fabulous. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and our own deck to enjoy the beautiful river running behind the property. Breakfast was delicious! Highly recommend and we will be coming back again!"

"I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was exactly what you need to start your day. Great price and great hotel."

"Great location"

"Crystal view bed & breakfast is a really beautiful and super clean place , We really enjoyed ! The only thing is the breakfast which is really in a perfect quality but your option is limited . Still I recommend it for your stay :)"

"Had a wonderful stay, the kitchen was amazing and the bed was very comfortable"

"Great wee bed and breakfast. Super convenient to transport and city. Delicious breakfast and great communication from the manager."

"Room was clean, comfortable and quiet."

"The room was clean and comfortable overall. However, there was an issue with noise early in the morning. Around 6:00 a.m., we were repeatedly woken up by loud sounds, and we were not sure where they were coming from. I hope the hotel can pay more attention to this small but important detail and make sure guests can have a quiet and restful night, especially in the early morning hours. A good night’s sleep makes a big difference to the overall hotel experience."

"Perfect big bed and room, super clean and quiet."

"Everything was good"

"Spent a short night here before our cruise. The stairs are difficult - no elevator and heavy suitcases were tough to manage. They were in the middle of the renovation when we were there. Room was clean and adequate. Great location, the cafe next door was really good."
