"I was in town to visiting my son. I wanted to find a place for us to stay that felt like home. This was the place! Lovely historic, renovated home located in an historic neighborhood that’s close to downtown and other amenities. Accommodations are updated without losing the historic charm. Amanda was incredibly gracious and hospitable. We look forward to our next day!"

"The house itself is fine. Clean and good parking. The toilet paper fixture was broken, the soap in the bathroom is cheap. They charge $200 (insane) deposit of which they decided to take $22 because i slightly stained their crappy white towels with a smudge of makeup. They claimed that they couldnt be cleaned so they deducted that from my deposit. So, be careful staining their towels "

"Excellent home and everything better than advertised. Clean, well taken care of and updated home in a great location in San Antonio close to the riverwalk. Was perfect for our family weekend get away. Phillip and Cindy were extremely clear, helpful, and provided everything necessary for a relaxing weekend. They made the whole stay easy for us. "

"Location was close to downtown and met our needs. The house was clean and in good shape. Although, I think there were a few fire detectors missing. The dock was there and the detector was not. We didn't get to use the parking spot promised in the back due to concrete repair going on. But there was ample street parking. The fridge did not work when we arrived and the owner sent maintenance the next day to fix it. All in all, we had a great time."
